License Renewal with Tabby Payment
What is Tabby & when it can be used for renewals / government-fees
Tabby Payment is an agreement with Ministry of Finance, UAE (MoF) — started supporting the payment of “government service fees and fines” through its “Buy Now, Pay Later / instalment payment” model.
Also, in the broader Dubai government payments ecosystem (via DubaiPay) Tabby has been integrated as a payment option effectively making deferred payment / instalment payment available for government services handled through DubaiPay.
How DED License Renewal Works
License Renewal Process:
- You log in to the official DED e-Services portal or visit nearest DED typing Center
- Select “Renew License”, enter your license number, confirm license details, and proceed.
- you have to provide a valid office or shop Ejary/ tenancy agreement copy to renew your business license
- The portal generates a payment voucher — this voucher indicates the fee due for renewal (varies depending on license type, business activity, etc.).
- at the time of the online payment under Dubai pay, you will get an option to pay via tabby, by choosing this option you are agreeing term of tabby payment services.
